A UX maturity audit is a structured assessment of how effectively an organization integrates UX into its culture, processes, and decision-making. Most companies don’t know where they stand — and most designers don’t think to find out.

Nobody asked me to run this one. In the middle of EverDriven’s largest product transformation to date, I built the methodology, ran 17 stakeholder interviews and an org-wide survey, synthesized the findings, and handed leadership a baseline they didn’t know they needed — along with a clear path to grow.
